About this Series
Our Term One and Two series in 2012 is on John's Gospel. It was is written so "that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that by believing you may have life in his name" (John 20:31).

Welcome to church. At both morning and evening services we are continuing the series in John's Gospel. The passage today contains one of the most famous verses in the Bible – John 3:16 "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life." This is a wonderful verse that encapsulates the whole Gospel of God reaching out to lost people by sending his Son. One of the benefits of expository preaching is that we can read such a wonderful verse in its context within the flow of John 3.
