Welcome to S@6
Here's what to expect

We are a multi-generational congregation with a strong young adult cohort. We love to sing and our services are shaped by our Anglican heritage. With a strong evangelical foundation, we draw inspiration and encouragement from a diverse range of Christian traditions, including charismatic, social justice, and contemplative expressions of faith. We are committed to prayer and to practicing the spiritual disciplines- including the discipline of community and celebration, supporting outreach and missionaries. We're vibrant, lively, welcoming.

Join us for dinner after the service at our monthly dinner nights (on first Sundays of the month) and also at local restaurants on other weeks.

Our sermons range between systematically going through books of the Bible and looking at topical issues (e.g. modern-day evangelism, work etc). We have a thriving Growth Groups ministry and actively seek to foster one-to-one mentoring relationships.

Children

We love having kids with us. There is a growing community of families with newborns and toddlers at S@6, as well as families with children in upper primary and high school. There is a crèche room for parents to supervise and care for young children if needed.

"The community at St Alfred’s has been instrumental in the development of my faith, consistently nurturing, encouraging and growing me. I really appreciate the seriousness with which they seek to grow mature followers in Christ through service opportunities and Christ centred discipleship."

Abby

"I love being a part of this community because of the genuine love that people have for one another and for the Good News of the Kingdom of God! St Alfs is has offered the opportunity to put my faith into action alongside wonderful people; where our giftings are affirmed and encouraged."
